The products offered on the Printikids website are available in two formats:

  • digital products (PDF files for educational use),
  • physical printed and laminated products.

👉 Physical products are shipped only within mainland France (unless otherwise specified for certain products).


2. Delivery Methods

2.1 Digital Products

After payment confirmation, digital products are delivered:

  • via immediate download on the order confirmation page,
  • and/or by email to the address provided during checkout.

Delivery is automatic and does not require any human intervention.

2.2 Physical Products

Physical products are shipped:

  • only within mainland France,
  • to the postal address provided by the customer,
  • or to a pickup point when this option is available.

Shipping is carried out via partner carriers.


3. Delivery Times

Digital products

Delivery is instantaneous after payment confirmation.

In rare cases (payment verification or technical issues), a slight delay of a few minutes may occur.

Physical products

Delivery times are generally a few business days after dispatch.

These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and busy periods.


4. Shipping Costs

Digital products

No shipping fees apply.

Physical products

Shipping costs are indicated at checkout and vary depending on:

  • the delivery method selected,
  • the weight or volume of the order,
  • the delivery area (France only).

5. Access to Digital Files

The customer is responsible for:

  • providing a valid email address,
  • checking spam/junk folders,
  • having a device compatible with PDF files.

Printikids cannot be held responsible for:

  • an incorrect email address provided,
  • technical issues related to the customer’s equipment,
  • deletion or non-receipt of the email.

6. Delivery Issues

Digital products

In case of difficulty accessing or downloading files (invalid link, inaccessible file), the customer may contact customer support:

A prompt solution will be provided (resending the link or file).

Physical products

In case of a delivery issue (significant delay, lost or damaged parcel), the customer is invited to contact customer support so that an investigation or solution can be arranged with the carrier.


7. Geographic Area

Digital products are available worldwide.
Physical products are delivered only within mainland France.


8. Acceptance of the Policy

Any order placed on the Printikids website implies full acceptance of this Shipping Policy.
