Conditions Générales de Vente – Printikids

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) govern all sales made on the Printikids website between:

and any person placing an order through the website (hereinafter the “Customer”).

By placing an order on the website, the Customer fully accepts these T&Cs without reservation.

2. Products

Printikids offers educational resources in two formats:

  • Digital products: downloadable educational PDF files
  • Physical products: printed and laminated educational materials shipped to the Customer or to a pickup point when available

Each product page specifies:

  • the educational content
  • the product format
  • the recommended school level
  • the terms of use

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly without affecting the product quality.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€) by default and include applicable taxes where required.

Depending on the Customer’s country, prices may also be displayed in another currency for convenience.

👉 The price charged is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Any bank charges, exchange fees, customs duties, or import taxes remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Printikids reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders

An order becomes final once the Customer:

  • selects the desired products
  • provides the required information
  • accepts these T&Cs
  • completes payment

After payment confirmation:

  • digital files become immediately accessible
  • physical product preparation begins

Printikids reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:

  • payment failure
  • suspected fraud
  • previous dispute with the Customer
  • obvious pricing or product error

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

Printikids does not store any banking information.

6. Delivery

6.1 Digital Products

Digital products are delivered:

  • through immediate download after payment
  • and/or by email to the address provided at checkout

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing a valid email address
  • checking spam or junk folders
  • saving downloaded files

Digital products are available worldwide.

6.2 Physical Products

Physical products are shipped:

  • to the delivery address provided by the Customer
  • or to a pickup point when available

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • destination country
  • shipping carrier
  • busy periods

Any customs or import charges remain the responsibility of the Customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Digital Products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products when:

  • delivery begins immediately after purchase
  • the Customer expressly agrees to immediate access
  • the Customer waives the right of withdrawal

👉 Orders for digital products are therefore final and non-refundable.

7.2 Physical Products

For physical products, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Return conditions are detailed in the Return and Refund Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds

Digital Products

Because of their nature:

  • no returns are accepted
  • no exchanges are possible
  • no refunds are issued after download or access

Physical Products

Physical products may be returned under the conditions described in the Return and Refund Policy.

In the event of:

  • damaged items
  • incorrect products
  • manufacturing defects

Printikids may offer:

  • replacement
  • store credit
  • partial or full refund

Each request is reviewed individually.

9. Intellectual Property

All content sold on Printikids is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

Purchase grants the Customer a:

  • personal
  • non-exclusive
  • non-transferable
  • non-commercial

license to use the product.

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • reproduce
  • redistribute
  • resell
  • publish online
  • modify for resale
  • create derivative products

without prior written permission.

10. Authorized Use

Products may be used only for:

  • personal educational use
  • family use
  • classroom use by the purchasing teacher

Products may not be used for:

  • commercial redistribution
  • resale
  • public sharing online
  • unauthorized duplication

11. Liability

Printikids shall not be held liable for:

  • misuse of products
  • technical incompatibility
  • internet access issues
  • shipping delays caused by carriers
  • customs delays
  • temporary website interruptions
  • force majeure or events beyond reasonable control

The resources provided are supplementary educational materials and do not replace professional teaching.

12. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations.

Customer data is used solely for:

  • order processing
  • customer support
  • legal obligations

Printikids never sells customer data.

13. Changes to the T&Cs

Printikids reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.

The version applicable is the one in force on the date of the order.

14. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

For international Customers, mandatory consumer protection laws in their country of residence may also apply.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will first be sought.

Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
