Refund policy

The products offered on the Printikids website are now available in two formats:

  • downloadable digital content (PDF files for educational use),
  • physical printed and laminated products, shipped to the customer or delivered to a pickup point.

By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted this Return and Refund Policy.


1. Digital Products (Downloadable PDFs)

1.1 No Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, no returns are possible after the order has been confirmed.

Digital files cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or made accessible.

1.2 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content:

  • supplied on a non-physical medium,
  • whose performance begins immediately after purchase,
  • and for which the customer has expressly agreed to immediate delivery and waived their right of withdrawal.

During the ordering process, the customer expressly agrees to:

  • immediate delivery of the digital files,
  • waiver of their right of withdrawal.

👉 Any order for a digital product is therefore final and binding.

1.3 No Refunds

As a result:

  • no refunds will be issued after download or access to the files,
  • no exchanges are possible.

This rule applies even if the product has not been used.


2. Physical Products (Printed and Laminated)

2.1 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

2.2 Return Conditions

To be accepted, products must:

  • be returned in their original condition,
  • not have been used, damaged, or altered,
  • be returned in packaging that ensures their protection.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the issue is attributable to Printikids (defective product or order error).

2.3 Refunds

In the case of a valid withdrawal:

  • the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned items,
  • the refund includes the price of the product(s) concerned (excluding return shipping costs).

3. Defective Products or Order Errors

To ensure customer satisfaction, Printikids commits to offering a solution in the following cases:

  • physical product damaged during transport,
  • incorrect product sent,
  • corrupted or inaccessible digital product,
  • duplicate purchase made by mistake.

Depending on the situation, we will prioritize:

  • product replacement,
  • sending a new download link or replacement item,
  • or a full refund.

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


4. Customer Support

In case of any issue with an order, customers are invited to contact customer support:

  • the name used for the order,
  • the email address used for the order,
  • the product concerned,
  • the nature of the issue encountered.

5. Acceptance of the Policy

Placing an order on the Printikids website implies:

  • full acceptance of this Return and Refund Policy,
  • acknowledgment of the digital and/or physical nature of the products offered,
  • acceptance of the specific conditions applicable to each type of product.
