These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) govern sales made on the Printikids website between:

And any person making a purchase via the website (hereinafter the “Customer”).

Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

1. Purpose

These T&Cs define the conditions under which Printikids sells:

  • downloadable digital educational resources (PDF files),
  • physical printed and laminated products shipped within mainland France.

2. Products

Each product includes a detailed description specifying in particular:

  • educational content,
  • format (digital or physical),
  • targeted school level,
  • terms of use.

Visuals and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and may vary slightly without affecting the content of the product.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), unless otherwise stated.

Depending on the Customer’s country, prices may be displayed in other currencies (automatic conversion or local display).

👉 The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

Currency conversion or bank fees may be applied by the Customer’s financial institution, for which Printikids cannot be held responsible.

Printikids reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed when the Customer:

  • selects the products,
  • provides the required information,
  • accepts these T&Cs,
  • completes the payment.

Any confirmed order is final and binding.

Printikids reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of:

  • non-payment,
  • fraud or suspected fraud,
  • prior dispute with the Customer,
  • obvious error in price or product.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

It is secure and processed via the solutions provided by Shopify.

Printikids does not store any banking data.

6. Delivery

6.1 Digital Products

Digital products are delivered:

  • via immediate download after payment,
  • and/or by email.

They are accessible worldwide.

6.2 Physical Products

Physical products are shipped:

  • only within mainland France,
  • to the address provided by the Customer or to a pickup point when available.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Digital Products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase, once the Customer has accepted immediate performance and waived their right of withdrawal.

7.2 Physical Products

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return conditions are specified in the Return and Refund Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds

Digital products

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are possible after download.

Physical products

Return and refund terms are defined in the Return and Refund Policy.

In case of a defective product or order error, an appropriate solution will be offered (replacement, refund, or store credit).

9. Intellectual Property

All content offered on Printikids is protected by intellectual property laws.

Purchase grants the Customer a strictly personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of use.

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • share, distribute, or resell the content,
  • publish it online or on platforms,
  • modify it for commercial purposes,
  • create derivative products without authorization.

10. Liability

Printikids cannot be held liable for:

  • improper use of products,
  • technical incompatibility,
  • delivery delays attributable to carriers,
  • temporary interruptions of the website.

The products are supplementary educational materials and do not replace professional teaching.

11. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR.

The Customer has rights of access, rectification, and deletion of their data.

12. Force Majeure

Printikids shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control preventing the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

13. Changes to the T&Cs

Printikids reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.

The applicable T&Cs are those in force at the time of the order.

14. Applicable Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

For international Customers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country may apply.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.

Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
