Cancellation policy

1. No Subscription

The Printikids website does not offer any subscription services.

The products sold are:

  • downloadable digital content (educational worksheets in PDF format),
  • physical printed and laminated products shipped within mainland France.

2. Order Cancellation

2.1 Digital Products

Once the order has been confirmed and payment completed, it is not possible to cancel an order for a digital product, as access to the content is provided immediately after purchase.

2.2 Physical Products

For physical products, cancellation may only be possible before the order has been shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must be handled in accordance with the applicable return policy.


3. Right of Withdrawal

3.1 Digital Products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase when:

  • the download or access begins immediately after payment,
  • the Customer has expressly agreed to this immediate performance,
  • the Customer has waived their right of withdrawal.

👉 Any order for a digital product is therefore final and binding.

3.2 Physical Products

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

4. Refunds

Digital products

❌ No refunds will be issued after download or access to the files.
❌ No exchanges are possible.

Physical products

Physical products may be refunded only in the following cases:

  • exercise of the right of withdrawal within the legal timeframe,
  • defective or non-compliant product,
  • order preparation error attributable to Printikids.

5. Exceptions (Special Cases)

Refunds or commercial solutions may be offered on an exceptional basis in the following cases:

  • inaccessible or corrupted digital file,
  • duplicate charge or payment error,
  • physical product damaged during transport,
  • clear error in the product sent.

In these situations, an appropriate solution will be offered:

  • reshipment of the product,
  • replacement,
  • store credit,
  • or refund.

6. Access to Digital Files

After payment confirmation:

  • download links are sent by email,
  • and/or accessible on the order confirmation page.

The Customer is responsible for:

  • downloading and saving their files,
  • checking spam/junk folders,
  • keeping order confirmation emails.
