These Terms of Service (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Printikids website, as well as the purchase and use of the products offered, whether digital (downloadable PDF files) or physical (printed and laminated materials shipped to the customer or to a pickup point).

By accessing the website and placing an order, you accept these Terms without reservation.

1. Business Overview

The Printikids website offers educational resources intended for teachers, parents, and education professionals.

The products offered are:

  • downloadable digital content (PDF),
  • physical printed and laminated products shipped to a home address or pickup point.

2. Access to the Website

Access to the website is free of charge.

Printikids reserves the right to suspend or interrupt access to the website at any time for technical, maintenance, or security reasons, without compensation.

3. Products and Descriptions

Each product is presented with a detailed description including:

  • educational content,
  • format (digital or physical),
  • school level,
  • terms of use.

Visuals are provided for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly without affecting the quality of the content.

4. Orders

Any order constitutes a firm offer to purchase.

Once payment has been validated:

  • the order is final,
  • access to digital products is immediate,
  • preparation of physical products begins.

Printikids reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

  • fraud or suspected fraud,
  • payment issues,
  • obvious error in price or product,
  • misuse of the website.

5. Prices and Currencies

Prices are indicated in euros (€) by default.

Depending on the customer’s country, prices may be displayed in other currencies (e.g., USD, GBP, CAD), either for information purposes or via automatic conversion.

👉 Payment is always made in the currency displayed at the time of the order.

Currency conversion fees or international banking fees may be applied by the customer’s bank or payment provider. Printikids is not responsible for these fees.

Prices include applicable VAT where required, in accordance with current regulations.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

It is secure and processed via the solutions provided by Shopify and its partners.

Printikids does not store any banking data.

7. Delivery

7.1 Digital Products

Digital products are delivered:

  • via an immediate download link after payment,
  • and/or by email.

They are accessible worldwide, without geographic restriction.

7.2 Physical Products

Physical products are shipped to multiple countries.

Delivery is made:

  • to the address provided by the customer,
  • or to a pickup point when available depending on the country.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on:

  • the destination country,
  • the carrier,
  • peak periods.

Any customs duties or import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

8. Right of Withdrawal

8.1 Digital Products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal applies to digital content provided immediately after purchase, once the customer has accepted immediate performance.

8.2 Physical Products

The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with European consumer law (or equivalent local regulations for customers outside the EU where applicable).

9. Returns and Refunds

Full return and refund conditions are detailed in the dedicated policy.

In summary:

  • digital products: non-refundable after download,
  • physical products: return possible within 14 days if compliant.

10. Intellectual Property

All content sold on Printikids is protected by intellectual property laws.

Purchase grants a strictly personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial right of use.

It is prohibited to:

  • resell or distribute the content,
  • share it with third parties,
  • publish it online,
  • or create derivative products without authorization.

11. Liability

Printikids shall not be held liable for:

  • improper use of the products,
  • technical incompatibility,
  • international delivery delays,
  • customs duties or local taxes,
  • or temporary interruptions of the website.

The resources are supplementary educational materials and do not replace professional teaching.

12. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR.

13. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be modified at any time.

The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.

For international customers, mandatory local consumer protection provisions may also apply.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.

Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
